The Passing of a modern day Giant...
What can I say? Ronald Reagan is finally dead. Released from his (and his wife's) imprisonment. He was imprisoned in a failing body with an already failing mind, and she was imprisoned in the pain of seeing someone she loves so dearly fail.
I hope I can find some time to go to the Rotunda while he's lying in state. I can't make much of a tribute to the man -- I'm far too poor with my words and my praise -- but I can try to make a show of respect to him.
I think he was a great man.
