Obama, memo reversals, and the Chinese
So... Obama says "we are going to re-write the Nafta Trade Policy" and then send a memo to Canada saying "well, no, actually, we're not... I just said that for the press."
I can see this being an issue when he says something like "We are going to be tough with the Chinese if they extend their influence in South America militarily" and then he sends a memo to Chinese government saying "Oh, well actually, no, we're not."
