Congress wants to honor
The LATE Senator Ted Kennedy, co-opting his memory by changing the name of the abusive Health Care Bill to "Kennedy Care". They also have supplied a catchy slogan to go with the new name:

"Kennedy Care:
Haven't you lived long enough?"
